The church has close links with Pierrepont Gamston Primary School.
Rev Janet Tanner is one of two governors from the Church at Gamston, and she regularly takes assemblies there. Andy Harris, our Lay Worker, also takes assemblies and runs a weekly lunchtime club.
Several years ago a monthly prayer meeting was set up and meets to pray for the life of the school during term times.
Parents of the school children often come to this as well as those from the church and it has been a significant place and time as prayers have been and are answered.
